Comedy writing team Anna Fisher and Philana Mia Gnatowski (now LA-based writers) teamed up four years ago to create Morton Street Productions, a production company in Boston, Massachusetts. “What I Learned From…” was their first project, with the purpose of examining a piece of pop culture through satire. “What I Learned From…” takes a comic stab at beloved genres, cultural phenomenon, and shared human experiences in an interview-style web series. “What I Learned from 50 Shades of Grey” is the first in the series followed by: “What I Learned from Romantic Comedies”, “What I Learned from College” and “What I Learned from the Zombie Apocalypse.”
