Monisola Vaughan

Monisola Vaughan graduated valedictorian of Talladega College in 2011, where she received a bachelor's degree in sociology. At Vanderbilt, her work will focus on educational inequality in US public schools and its impact on the life chances of disadvantaged school children. Her research interests include the sociology of education, social stratification, structural inequality, and historical sociology.
