Department of Mathematics

Ed Saff was appointed as a Distinguished Professor of Mathematics. Professor Saff is Director of the Center for Constructive Approximation which publishes the journal Constructive Approximation (Springer Nature).  He has authored 25 books and almost 300 papers in approximation theory, potential theory, complex analysis, and numerical analysis.
