How do you lead when you are not in charge? In collaborative settings and cross-functional teams your ability to motivate and direct others can be crucial to your success and the success of others. During this workshop participants will explore the following themes:
- Leading a group over which you have no power.
- Motivational tactics to help you achieve your objectives.

This workshop is open to all graduate school students (PhD, MA, MFS, MLAS & MS) and postdocs.
