Self-leadership, or personal mastery, is critical for thriving in a uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. During this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Identify stressors and triggers brought on by ambiguity to help with personal planning.
- Incorporate three core practices for ongoing personal leader development.
- Conduct a “Mental Replay” to assess one’s communication and adaptability.
This workshop is open to all graduate school students (PhD, MA, MFS, MLAS & MS) and postdocs.
