Accepting and delivering constructive feedback is a critical component of being an effective leader, as well as a important opportunity for personal growth throughout our careers. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to:

- Practice a simple feedback technique for delivering specific, actionable feedback.
- Learn strategies for receiving feedback and honing one’s skills.
- Explore how to integrate feedback received into ongoing development efforts for the short, medium, and long term.
This workshop is open to all graduate school students (PhD, MA, MFS, MLAS & MS) and postdocs.
