Considerable informal leadership training takes place in the role of follower. During this workshop participants will explore the relationship between leadership and followership:

  • What is good followership?
  • What are the traits and skills needed in those that follow?
  • How does this foundation translate to successful leadership?

This workshop is open to all graduate school students (PhD, MA, MFS, MLAS & MS) and postdocs. Spaces for this workshop are limited and registration is required.
