In this program, facilitated by CIEE, students enroll directly in Murdoch University located in Perth, Australia. Perth is known as Australia's most environmentally attractive city and leader of many green initiatives in Western Australia. The University has strong course offerings in business, media and film studies, communications, and field-based sciences. Students can also opt to participate in an internship while abroad. Students live in furnished, 5- to 8-bedroom campus apartments. Outside of the classroom, students can participate in a weekend family homestay in rural Australia, take up part-time work, hike, surf, and travel to the rugged Pilbara region.
