Chancellor Search Advisory Committee appointed; Geer to lead

May. 6, 2019—Vanderbilt University Board of Trust Chairman Bruce R. Evans has appointed a Chancellor Search Advisory Committee to assist in the search for the university’s ninth chancellor. John Geer, dean of the College of Arts and Science and the Gertrude Conaway Vanderbilt Professor of Political Science, will serve as the chair of the Chancellor Search Advisory Committee.
