The Writing Studio is seeking Graduate Writing Consultants for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Graduate students who have worked at the Writing Studio report their experience has helped them become more confident writers and to develop essential professional skills.


THE POSITION

Graduate writing consultants gain valuable pedagogical experience by holding one-to-one appointments with graduate and undergraduate writers, by leading workshops in undergraduate classrooms, and facilitating writing groups for graduate and undergraduate students,

Starting salary: $15.00 per hour

Time commitment: 5-15 hours per week (based on applicant’s availability)

Our Team: We value the perspectives of writers in all disciplines and aim to recruit consultants from across the University. In recent years, our dedicated team of writing consultants has included graduate students from Peabody, Engineering, and the Divinity School as well as from a variety of Arts & Science programs.
