Vanderbilt Posses

At Vanderbilt each cohort is assigned two dedicated staff or faculty members who serve as mentors and give generously of their time and talents to help lead their teams with weekly meetings, team building and individualized and group support. All-Posse meetings are scheduled three times per year and are attended by Posse scholars, NY staff, mentors and staff.
