Dayle Savage

Dayle Savage, EdD PCC, lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. Her life’s work is to realize, value, and inspire the possibilities of professional development for all who lead.

 

She has a thriving coaching practice, spiraLearning, LLC, serving leaders and emerging leaders who want to get to the next level. Dayle helps her clients build their capacity to bring their best selves to their work, so that they add even more value to their teams and organizations while being recognized for a job well done.

 

Dayle has successfully operated a consulting practice serving corporate, non-profit, and government entities in a myriad of change management and organization development projects for the past twenty-one years. During this timeframe, Dayle also enjoyed a rewarding academic life at Vanderbilt University as faculty and program director of the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program. During her tenure she created and implemented an Office of Career Services for the 800+ graduate students on Peabody College’s campus.

Janet Walls

Janet is President and Founder of Delta Blvd, a management consulting and executive coaching company she founded in 2007. Janet coaches executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, leadership development, and professional growth. She has more than thirty years experience in finance and operations including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Janet received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.Ed. in Learning and Organizational Change from Belmont University. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Belmont University, an adjunct lecturer of Management at Vanderbilt University and as a Leadership Development Coach at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Janet and her husband are both Nashville natives and currently reside in Franklin, TN where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and music.

Since 2001, Mark has been the owner of Life Design, www.coachmark.com, and has been coaching executives and leaders, as well as their leadership teams and employees, to rebuild and strengthen trust in their working relationships, enhance and improve the quality of their conversational skills, dramatically improve their ability to coordinate action across and within teams, design their own mood and the morale of the people within their organization and create an organization built on a network of strong, productive relationships.
