Dayle Savage

Dayle Savage, EdD PCC, lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. Her life’s work is to realize, value, and inspire the possibilities of professional development for all who lead.

 

She has a thriving coaching practice, spiraLearning, LLC, serving leaders and emerging leaders who want to get to the next level. Dayle helps her clients build their capacity to bring their best selves to their work, so that they add even more value to their teams and organizations while being recognized for a job well done.

 

Dayle has successfully operated a consulting practice serving corporate, non-profit, and government entities in a myriad of change management and organization development projects for the past twenty-one years. During this timeframe, Dayle also enjoyed a rewarding academic life at Vanderbilt University as faculty and program director of the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program. During her tenure she created and implemented an Office of Career Services for the 800+ graduate students on Peabody College’s campus.

Juliana Ashley

Juliana is a leadership and executive coach. She specializes in leader development influence and strategic advancement. Juliana brings close to 30 years of experience in law, the corporate world and television reporting to her coaching and facilitation. Juliana works with both young and senior leaders to increase influence, communicate effectively and build trusting relationships that are critical for success.

Juliana’s diverse background enables her to serve clients by helping them think outside the box, gain a new perspective on challenges and achieve their goals. In addition to being a trial lawyer and television reporter, Juliana has experience in Comedy Improvisation and brings humor and creativity to her coaching and speaking engagements.

Juliana is passionate about coaching and serves as an instructor for several coaching training programs including Rice University’s CoachRice.

Andy Schumacher

With more than 20 years of experience in international strategic management, organizational  development, and marketing, Andreas (Andy) Schumacher, Ph.D. carefully balances the integration of human factors with efficient  and  effective process  improvement, change, or team interventions. Among other past projects he has successfully led organizations through mergers and acquisitions, turn-around situations, strategy alignment, and product line integrations, and oversaw the international roll out of enterprise training tools in over 15 countries.

Andy serves as an Organizational Psychologist in the Leadership Institute at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received both his Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics, and his MBA from the Westphalian  Wilhelms-University  in  Muenster,  Germany, and his  Doctorate  in  Industrial  /  Organizational  Psychology from  Capella  University. Among  other  certifications  he  has earned his International Coach Federation credential as  an executive  coach  at  the  professional  certified  coach  level (PCC).

Sue’s personal business experiences at Arthur Andersen, DigitalThink, and as an entrepreneur managing a specialty medical practice has afforded her opportunities to work across a variety of industries and cultures.  Sue has cultivated a love of client service, a love of learning, and ultimately a love of coaching.  Sue is skilled in administrating assessments to increase self-awareness and extend leadership agility through improved relationships and team-building. Kay James

Kay spent over 25 years as a strategic and financial advisor to the health care industry, serving as a partner in an international management consulting practice and as the founder of a successful niche consulting firm. Her clients valued her analytical thinking and advice on technical matters but specifically sought her out because of the benefits they found in her coaching for their growth as leaders and executives. As a result, Kay decided over ten years ago to concentrate her practice exclusively on leadership development. As a coach she draws on her deep understanding of business and organizations as well as on her skills in behavior change and conflict management to enhance organizational performance by guiding the development of key leaders. She is a keynote presenter and workshop facilitator for professional groups and leadership teams on topics related to leadership, strategy, change, entrepreneurship, and teambuilding.
