Sam Palazzolo

Sam Palazzolo brings a wealth of expertise to his client base, composed of Fortune 100, Mid-Cap, and Startup companies.  A hands-on C-suite leader, he brings a unique blend of expertise to the daily challenges of leadership/business under pressure. In this New Economy, leaders and their organizations desire a different perspective faster with results, and he establishes the launch-pad for exponential growth!

 

Sam acts as Managing Director at Tip of the Spear Ventures, a Private Equity/Venture Capital and Business Advisory Services firm he established in 2012. In addition to his work at Tip, he founded The Javelin Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing Executive Education through Leadership Development and Executive Coaching programs. He also acts as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) where he annually instructs an Executive Education course based on his fifth book (“Leading at the Tip of the Spear: The Leader” published 2018). Prior to this he led and successfully exited a Technology Startup, was a Regional Director for Toyota, a Senior Consultant at AON/Hewitt, and one of the first-200 team members involved with General Motors’ SATURN Corporation.

 

Sam earned his Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business Economics & Public Policy from Indiana University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from Vanderbilt University (He has completed additional Graduate studies at the University of Texas and the University of Michigan). Mr. Palazzolo holds several professional certifications and sits on several Board of Directors for business organizations and professional associations.

Delia O’Connor

Delia is an Executive Coach and organizational psychology practitioner with over fifteen years of Fortune 500 senior leadership experience. Having successfully managed and led a line of business, Delia understands first-hand the challenges of meeting organizational goals in complex environments. Her business focus and strategic thinking compliments her coaching engagements where leadership development is often demonstrated by the achievement of results – both the results in meeting business objectives as well as creating a positive and engaged work culture.

As an executive coach and organizational development consultant, Delia has worked with leaders in 17 industries across various individual executive coaching engagements, team development sessions, and in facilitating customized leadership development programs.  Delia specializes in assessment (individual and group), executive coaching, and optimizing senior leadership teams.  Throughout her work, Delia helps leaders create great places to work by igniting a culture of shared purpose, values and commitment to success.

Dayle Savage

Dayle Savage, EdD PCC, lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. Her life’s work is to realize, value, and inspire the possibilities of professional development for all who lead.

 

She has a thriving coaching practice, spiraLearning, LLC, serving leaders and emerging leaders who want to get to the next level. Dayle helps her clients build their capacity to bring their best selves to their work, so that they add even more value to their teams and organizations while being recognized for a job well done.

 

Dayle has successfully operated a consulting practice serving corporate, non-profit, and government entities in a myriad of change management and organization development projects for the past twenty-one years. During this timeframe, Dayle also enjoyed a rewarding academic life at Vanderbilt University as faculty and program director of the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program. During her tenure she created and implemented an Office of Career Services for the 800+ graduate students on Peabody College’s campus.

Nicole Provonchee

Nicole is an experienced executive coach and strategist working with existing and emerging leaders, their teams and the companies that employ them. She helps already successful leaders and high-potential professionals seize opportunities, overcome obstacles and achieve impactful, impressive results. ​

In addition to extensive training and experience as an executive coach, Nicole brings over 20 years of experience successfully navigating the corporate world, working in a variety of strategy, consulting, business development, and marketing roles. She specializes in working with current and future women.

Andy Schumacher

With more than 20 years of experience in international strategic management, organizational  development, and marketing, Andreas (Andy) Schumacher, Ph.D. carefully balances the integration of human factors with efficient  and  effective process  improvement, change, or team interventions. Among other past projects he has successfully led organizations through mergers and acquisitions, turn-around situations, strategy alignment, and product line integrations, and oversaw the international roll out of enterprise training tools in over 15 countries.

Andy serves as an Organizational Psychologist in the Leadership Institute at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received both his Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics, and his MBA from the Westphalian  Wilhelms-University  in  Muenster,  Germany, and his  Doctorate  in  Industrial  /  Organizational  Psychology from  Capella  University. Among  other  certifications  he  has earned his International Coach Federation credential as  an executive  coach  at  the  professional  certified  coach  level (PCC).

Terry Warren

Terry Warren

Terry Warren, ICF Associate Certified Coach, has more than 40 years of leadership experience in the financial services and healthcare industries. He has held senior leadership roles in sales, strategic planning, client engagement, and executive coaching.  From that background, Terry equips his clients to see new perspectives, gain clarity, and achieve results. He leverages his reputation as a trusted advisor with his collaborative style and successful executive experience to make sure clients achieve their desired results promptly and with long-lasting results.
For more than 27 years, Terry served in a wide variety of leadership roles with Willis Group, a large global insurance broker. He led the company’s client engagement and business retention efforts in North America, provided internal executive coaching to top leaders, and served as Executive Director of The Willis Foundation.  Prior to joining Willis, Terry worked for Hospital Corporation of America and other healthcare organizations, serving in a number of domestic and international corporate positions.
In addition, Terry believes in giving back. He has served as the chair of several nonprofit boards and as a mentor and consultant to nonprofits, both in the United States and abroad. He is 2016 President Elect of the International Coach Federation – Tennessee.  When he is not working as a coach or consulting, Terry has a passion for landscape painting. He is an accomplished artist whose paintings evoke a sense of realism and a feeling of serenity.
