Is a document<br \/>\nstill a map if there is only a single<br \/>\nline? It is still salt water.<br \/>\nSalt water might blind you<br \/>\nwith certain promises but it won\u2019t<br \/>\nget you drunk with real thrill<br \/>\nor show you anyone\u2019s insides.<br \/>\nYou think a tidal wave is real<br \/>\npower? It probably took<br \/>\na million small insects to dye<br \/>\nan emperor\u2019s robe and it<br \/>\nisn\u2019t how we treat our equals<br \/>\nbut those smaller that counts.<br \/>\nThat the ocean isn\u2019t red<br \/>\nis not another reason to keep<br \/>\na gun in the house. It is not<br \/>\na reason to struggle to read on<br \/>\nwithout coffee. I know grace<br \/>\nis not a man, really I do,<br \/>\nnor is it the word husband<br \/>\nanywhere on my body.<br \/>\nI know grace to be twisting<br \/>\nthe most fierce likeness<br \/>\nof a kiss.
