Prisoner to a bite<br \/>\nthat only knows: run.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Inside this mouth I was once wolf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Now only a dress of pink<br \/>\nshriveled gums that whisper:<\/p>\n<p><em>Excuse me. Not here.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> I\u2019m not even here.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">The small death of letting<br \/>\ngo. And rest is a four letter word<br \/>\nwith a shallow grave. Every morning<br \/>\nI\u2019m a shovel of knees, every night<br \/>\nan earthworm of goodbyes.<br \/>\nLifting from soil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">This is the dirt<br \/>\nof never coming home<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">I can remember<br \/>\nwhen the first tooth fell<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The first time I monstered<br \/>\nor womaned<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">and someone was there<br \/>\nto watch.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe I\u2019m whatever evil you want<br \/>\nto name me.
