The FoodCORE centers work together to detect, investigate, respond to and control foodborne illnesses in about 14% of the United States’ population.  The foundation of Tennessee’s FoodCORE program is the student interview team.  This team consists of three MHS students, Matthew Goldstein (BA 2013, MA 2014),  Jennifer Bellido (BA 2015), and Muhammad Chauhan (BA 2015).
