Ari Joskowicz at Nashville Jewish Film Festival

Prof. Ari Joskowicz will speak at the Nashville Jewish Film Festival on the evening of November 6, 2014. Prof. Joskowicz will speak following the film Aftermath, directed by Wladyslaw Pasikowski.

Film synopsis: After living in the US, Franek returns to the family farm in Poland because his brother Josek has been beaten by fellow Catholic villagers for removing Jewish tombstones used to pave village roads. The brothers uncover secrets and historical clues that lead to an appalling revelation. Yad Vashem Chairman’s Award 2013.
