Wellness Workshops

Wellness Workshops offer culturally relevant and socially just wellness activities on a monthly basis. Developed in collaboration with the Center for Student Wellbeing (CSW) and the Office of the University Chaplain and Religious Life (OUCRL), each program highlights the variety and diversity of wellness tools and practices available to students. Previous workshops have focused on kitchen therapy and the healing powers of cooking; mindfulness and meditation; and setting goals and intentions when creating vision boards.
