Weekly Wellbeing Practices start 1/16 and end 4/19. There will be no Weekly Wellbeing Practices during spring break (March 11-15). Contact healthydores@vanderbilt.edu to arrange accommodations.

Meditation
- Meditation Monday with Peabody OSEW, 1:15pm, Center for Student Wellbeing and Zoom
- Meditation Thursday, 5:30pm, Center for Student Wellbeing
Drop-in Coaching
- BCC, Tuesday, 2-4 pm
- CSW, Wednesdays, 11am-1pm
VRS
- Grad/Professional Students & Staff/Faculty VRS Meeting, Tuesdays at 12pm
- VRS Pride Meeting, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays at 12pm
- VRS Meeting, Thursdays at 8pm
Massages (Drop-In at the CSW for a chair massage)
- Friday, 2/2, 1-3pm
- Tuesday, 3/5, 3-5pm
- Wednesday, 4/17, 3-5pm
Drop-In Coaching
Meet with a CSW coach to discuss concerns impacting your wellbeing or academic success. For example: stress management, time management, organization skills, or positive coping strategies.
