This study center program study journalism under the guidance of award-winning foreign correspondents. Participants in this program will collaborate with Moroccan journalism students, learn how to gather news in another culture, investigate dominating issues in Moroccan society and across North Africa, and produce an original feature story for possible placement in a professional media outlet. As part of the coursework, students may choose between Arabic or French, as well as completing an independent study project or an internship, where they can tailor the curriculum to their interests. students will experience two homestays; one in the city of Rabat, and another with a host family in an inland village near the northern city of Quezzane.
