Four Are Honored as U.S. Professors of the Year
This year, almost 300 nominees were evaluated by The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education on their involvement with students, their contributions to their communities and profession, their support for colleagues and students, and their teaching methodologies.
The Chronicle of Higher Education has published interviews with this year’s winners of the nation’s most prestigious teaching award. Each professor talks about the key things they do in the classroom now that they didn’t do during their first years of teaching, and their advice to new college instructors.
