Brightspace support closed (along with the rest of campus) on Friday, January 12
Brightspace support is taking an administrative day today along with the rest of the campus. The support team will be back on for email support 5-11pm on Sunday. You can find our support schedule here: https://www.vanderbilt.edu/brightspace/brightspace-support/
If you plan to work on Brightspace today and need assistance, we do have many resources available online at https://www.vanderbilt.edu/brightspace/on-demand-resources/. Look at the on-demand resources page for dozens of step-by-step guides to many Brightspace tools.
There is also a D2L site with exhaustive resources on how to manage every aspect of the Brightspace platform available at: https://documentation.brightspace.com/EN/-/-/-/welcome_page.htm Both of these resources are also available from inside any page in Brightspace by clicking on the Help tab in the NavBar.
